As the Canadian election campaign intensifies in anticipation of the Oct. 19, 2015, election of a new prime minister and parliament, Canadian Mennonite offers some guidelines from three important sources.
- Canadian Council of Churches (CCC) had produced “Federal Election Resource 2015.”
- Evangelical Fellowship of Canada (EFC) offers “Election 2015: A Call to Prayer.”
- Mennonite Central Committee Canada (MCC) has released the “2015 Federal Election Resource.”
- The MCC Ottawa office also offers a perspective in a blog entry, “Elections and matters of the heart.”
Mennonite Church Canada is a member of both the CCC and the EFC.
