The board of Canadian Mennonite Publishing Service (CMPS) will hold its annual general meeting on April 22, 4:00 p.m., at First Mennonite Church, in Kitchener, Ont.
CMPS is the non-profit corporation that publishes Canadian Mennonite. The meeting is public, but voting is limited to CMPS members (individuals who have donated at last $25 in 2016 and who registered in advance) and board members who represent the area and national Mennonite Church. To register as a member, please email office@canadianmennonite.org by April 17, 2017, noting “CMPS annual meeting” in the subject line.
All are welcome to attend the fundraising banquet on the same day, at 6:00 p.m. at Floradale (Ont.) Mennonite Church. Following dinner, there will be a program of music, biblical storytelling and stories from Canadian Mennonite's new executive editor and special guests. Guest should RSVP by April 15 to alexandra.LT.siebert@gmail.com or call 343-262-1002. There will be a freewill offering, and receipts will be issued for donations above $30 per person.
